How to Export and Import Email Addresses List From Gmail Account

As all of you know Gmail is one of the most widely used email service which Google provide at free of cost. Many peoples use Gmail service to send and receive email. When you send an email to any person, Gmail automatically save that email address to whome you have sent the Email. Now suppose, if you dont wants to use free Gmail service and wants to switch to anyother email service like Yahoo email service or Hotmail email service or any paid email service and wants to copy all the email addresses which are saved in Gmail account or simply you wants to import or take backup of your email addresses contact list which is in Gmail account into your new email service, you need to export all these email addresses from your Gmail account into a file format which ll be supported in new email system.

Steps / Instructions For Importing Gmail Contacts List :
Note : Steps for importing gmail contacts list will be vary, depening on email service you are using or wants to use, but the main steps or process will be always similar.
2. In Outlook, click on the "File" option, then click on "Import & Export" option. 
3. Now click on "Import from another File or Program" option, after that click "Next" button. 

4. Now Select the "Comma Separated Values (DOS)" option then click on "Next" button again. 

5. After that double click on "contacts.csv" file which is downloaded from Gmail into your computer / Laptop.

6. Now new prompt ll get appear asking for whether to allow, replace, exclude or allow the duplicate contacts. Now pick anyone which you wants, if you are not sure then simply select the option "Allow the duplicate email contacts to be created" option and click on "Next" button.
7. Now simply select the folder location where you wants to save the imported email addresses list. Finally click on "Finish" button.
